The problem
A registered society with a standing membership and one meeting a year that matters. Most society sites treat the event as a banner on the homepage and then leave it stale for eleven months.
What we did
The event is a section, not a bolt-on
The Dr V.K. Maini Memorial Medicine Update 2026, on 9 August 2026 at Radisson RED, Mohali, has its own place in the structure with programme, venue, and registration. When the meeting changes, one part of the site changes.
Built for a committee that rotates
Office bearers, aims, and activities are data, not markup. The site survives the handover to next year's committee without a developer.
